Maven build confusion

Its been several months since I did a little overview of Maven here at Nuskin. Over the last few days I decided to dive in and learn it. I used the online book - Maven: The definitive guide. The book is great, much better than the documentation on Maven's apache site.

A few things I learned:

I just recently bought "The Definitive Guide to Grails" and I'm having lots of fun learning about this new "java framework". As for whether I think this thing will work at our organization or if it is ready for large enterprise apps...I will wait and see.
